KANKAKEE – The Om Well Collective Yoga and Wellness Center is set to launch this month at The Majestic, located at 150 N. Schuyler Ave. in downtown Kankakee. The center, founded on the belief that true wellness encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, will begin classes on March 31.
In a recent news release, the center emphasized that “true wellness is not achieved through isolated interventions, but through a holistic integration of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practices designed to nurture the whole person.” By offering a variety of services such as yoga, meditation, sound healing, and reiki, The Om Well Collective strives to redefine the traditional wellness model.
“We believe that by coming together as a collective group, we can amplify the impact of our cumulative efforts to promote wellness and vitality,” the release stated. The center aims to serve as a vibrant community hub where people from all walks of life can experience the profound benefits of holistic practices.
